Green Goddess Dressing (makes about 1 cup) adapted from The America’s Test Kitchen Family Cookbook
Ingredients: 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup chopped parsley or cilantro, 3 tablespoons sour cream, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 garlic clove minced, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper
